The common issues include battery terminals, the battery itself, micro switches and soldering problems. So we may still be able to help you with your remote.

We are offering you a FREE diagnosis and the £2.50 we are charging is to send your key back to you via recorded mail in the unlikely event your key fob is beyond economical repair. If we feel we can repair your key fob then we will contact you to discuss the costs involved, this would depend on what amount of work is required but typically is from £19.99 – £47 but can vary. The £2.50 WILL be deducted from the cost of your repair.

All you need to do is add this item to cart and pay using our secure checkout, you will receive and email confirming this is successful. Then send you key fob to us via recorded mail and be sure to include a FULL return address, your name and a contact number so we can get hold of you. If you do not include at least you name in the packet then we will not know who’s key it belongs to.

We have a very high success rate repairing keys and we have repairs thousands over the years but we cannot guarantee that we can repair your key fob but it is worth spending £2.50 sending it to us rather than spending £150+ going back to your vehicle manufacturer.
