Fantastic service from the lady in reception who was so helpful and friendly and from Stephan who actually sorted the broken key fob and took the time to explain to me what he had done and said if any issues within 6 months to bring it back and they'd sort good price on a new key. Superb service. Paul was very polite and enthusiastic to help. He talked me through the process clearly, asked if I had any questions and then started work. He had the new key working within about 20 minutes. He tested it several times and asked me to watch as he tested as well. Highly recommended and so pleased they were able to help so quickly.

It was a great service from start to finish. Losing your car is both annoying and an expensive situation. However I think the professional and efficient service from Car Key solutions would be difficult to match. Annoyingly I don’t have the name of the representative who came but he was very polite, bang on time and sorted everything out. I couldnt recommend them more!
