Description

Once we receive your key, we’ll test all parts (including electronic components) to determine the cause of the issue and required repairs (we also ask you details of this at checkout too, so we fully understand the problem).

Full repair and refurbishment of the key, remote and casing is included in the price of the service – as well as insured courier collection and return of the key, for your peace of mind.

We are not copying/replacing the key, so neither you nor your vehicle need to be present as part of the service.

Internal and external components, casing and buttons are used to restore your key to a brand-new, fully working condition.

Once the repair has been carried out the remote key is tested again to confirm the functionality has been restored.

In most cases, repaired keys are returned to customers within two days of courier collection.

His customer service rating is Top Notch in my candid opinion. I will also give kudos to one of thier engineers named, Vlad. He is highly professional and humble. He executed my car key programming with high level expertise and precision. These two guys made a highly satisfactory and professional turn-around from my earlier experience with a guy called Chris and a very rude lady who told me off over the phone and wouldn't even hear me out trying to explain my complaints. Fast, efficient and good value. I filled in the online equiry form at about 22:30 and got a call back a few minutes later. I was given a price and we agreed a date and time, and I was told that I could confirm and pay the deposit the next day. This gave me time to confirm that the company was legit (most things too good to be true, are too good to be true!) and to see if the deal was good value. I was pleasantly surpsied to see that the key I received was an original Honda key (complete with Logo and identical in every respect - form and function - to my existing key). I went to the shop in Norwood and the key was ready in under an hour.
